How to Make Green Lemons:

Step 1. Select and plant a lemon tree of your choosing

Step 2. Provide appropriate levels of TLC, water and sunshine

Step 3. Monitor development of said tree over time, admire the abundance of little lemons making their way in the world

Step 4. Allow Mongrels early morning play time in back yard, return to kitchen briefly for mandatory coffee replenishment

Step 5. Decipher throttled shouts of glee,  mixed with unidentified organic projectiles

Step 6. Recover spent projectiles and disarm combatants

Step 7. Apologize to the lemon tree, wish it better luck next year (again)
